Customer Intelligence Dashboard

A financial services client required a unified view of each customer's profile completeness and engagement score — accessible to relationship managers and operations teams on mobile. We designed and built a single-card Flutter interface that consolidates KYC data, policy details, and a dynamically computed score into one clean, scannable screen.

A single screen that tells the whole story The card view was designed to surface the most critical customer data at a glance — reducing the time ops teams spend navigating multiple screens to assess a customer's status.

Data Integration

Real-time data pulled from multiple sources. The dashboard integrates live KYC records, policy information, and behavioural signals to compute and display a dynamic profile completeness score for each customer.

Engagement

Driving action through visibility. By making incomplete profile fields visible and actionable, the solution improved customer engagement rates and helped frontline staff guide customers towards completing their profiles.
