Depending on the plan, it includes regular health checks, security patches, third-party API updates, performance optimisation, and priority response for critical issues.
For clients on a support retainer, we respond to critical issues within 4 business hours. For general queries, we aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Absolutely. Most of our long-term clients continuously evolve their products with us. We treat post-launch development as a natural continuation of the engagement.
We believe in clean handovers. All source code, documentation, and credentials are fully owned by you. We provide complete handover documentation so any team can take over smoothly.
